Aerating Thatching Co. Service Disclaimer

Seed Care & Germination
Grass seed is a living product and requires consistent, proper watering to ensure successful germination. Aerating Thatching Co. is not responsible for issues related to weed growth or competition, nor the removal of existing weeds.

Limitations of Responsibility
We are not liable for issues beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • The use of herbicides within the first 3 months after service
  • Incorrect application of herbicides
  • Over-fertilization or under-watering
  • Vandalism or damage caused by animals
  • Weather-related conditions (e.g., heavy rain, snow, drought)
  • Damage from using the lawn before it is fully mature

Overseeding Results
While we take every precaution to ensure our overseeding and lawn care services are performed to the highest standards, we cannot guarantee the success of grass growth. Factors such as soil conditions, weather, and maintenance practices all affect the outcome.

Property Marking & Damage Prevention
Aerating Thatching Co. is not responsible for damage to unmarked or improperly marked items. Property owners must clearly mark:

  • Sprinkler heads
  • Shallow pipes and utilities
  • Invisible pet fencing
  • Any other lawn fixtures that could be damaged during service

Safety Precautions
To prevent injury or accidents, we advise avoiding treated areas until the grass is mature and any fertilizers have fully dissolved. Aerating Thatching Co. is not responsible for injuries caused by premature use of treated areas.

Property & Equipment Safety
We are not responsible for damage to vehicles, equipment, or structures near the work area. Please ensure all vehicles are moved away from the service area and notify us of any sensitive zones that could be affected by machinery.

Clean-Up & Weather Conditions
Lawn services, especially in wet conditions, may result in excess dirt or mud. While we strive to clean up thoroughly, some residual debris may remain, particularly during or after rain.
